Rescheduling and cancellations
In the rare event that we cannot make an appointment, we will notify you well in advance of your chosen date and time, and a rebooking will be scheduled at your convenience. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know via phone call or email as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer and rebook your service.
